The lead trainer Sundeep Kumar Mehta is an automobile engineer with Postgraduate diploma in Business Administration, Labour Laws, Management and Human Resource Management. Besides these he is qualified in Export & Marketing Management from IIFT New Delhi, certified to be a trainer in Business Process Reengineering from CSC, UK. As on today, he is advisor on HR & Business strategies with a number of corporate houses & business groups. He has till date to his credit over 350 training programmes. Current assignments include role of lead contributor in Strategic Transformation of Business Processes with focus on Human Resource Transformation, Empowerment and Optimization of HR input costs, Organizational & Managerial compensation & Organizational Restructuring with Role Centric approach, Business Design & Development, Manpower planning, Performance management - KRAs, Appraisals, re-engineering and re-structuring.
